Privacy PolicyThe Personal Information Protection Act regulates the way that businesses in Alberta collect, use and disclose personal information. Westridge Cabinets (1993) Ltd. recognizes the importance of privacy and recognizes the sensitivity of personal information we receive in the course of operating our business.In order to be able to provide our customers with the products and services that they request from us, we need to collect personal information from our customers, including, but not limited to, business and credit information so that we can ensure that we provide quality products and services that meet our customers’ needs, and in order to ensure that we will be compensated for those products and services. All employees, contractors and suppliers who are granted access to customer records understand the need to keep this personal information protected and confidential. They know they are to use the information only for the purposes intended. This expectation is clearly communicated. We recognize our obligation to protect our customers’ personal information. We also recognize our obligation to respond to requests made by our customers for access to their personal information under our custody and control. We will respond reasonably and in compliance with the law to those requests.
